Estimates and Pricing

• All estimates are provided in good faith based on initial diagnosis
• Final costs may vary if additional issues are discovered during repair

• Emergency service rates may apply for after-hours calls

Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements are made
• We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
• Fleet customers may establish credit terms with approved credit application
• Late payment fees may apply to overdue accounts

4. Warranties

We provide the following warranties on our work:

• Labor warranty: 90 days or 10,000 miles, whichever comes first
• Parts warranty: As provided by manufacturer
• Emergency roadside repairs: 30 days or 5,000 miles
• Warranty does not cover normal wear items or damage from misuse

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for:

• Consequential damages or lost profits
• Delays in service due to parts availability or unforeseen circumstances
• Damage to cargo or contents of vehicles
• Pre-existing conditions not disclosed at time of service

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information about vehicle condition and history
• Removing personal items and cargo before service
• Ensuring vehicles are accessible for service
• Prompt payment according to agreed terms
• Following recommended maintenance schedules

7. Emergency Services

Emergency roadside assistance is subject to:

• Availability of technicians and equipment
• Weather and road conditions
• Safety considerations for our technicians
• Emergency service rates and minimum charges

8. Cancellation Policy

Service appointments may be cancelled with reasonable notice. Emergency service calls that are cancelled after dispatch may be subject to a service call fee.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If necessary, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration under Ohio state law.

10. Changes to Terms
